A primary hybrid of Enc. steinbachii and Enc. howardii. Branching bloom spikes with fragrant flowers. A prolific grower and bloomer.
Grown from seed, so flower characteristics vary somewhat from plant to plant. Compare the first two images for an example.
In bud/bloom, June/July.
Plants Available: Established divisions in 4” pots or large mature plants in 6” pots. An example of the latter is pictured.
Orchid Care: Grow bright and dry, in an environment good air circulation. Plants should be watered generously during active growth, but must dry out between waterings. Roots should not remain wet for extended periods, particularly during the winter.
