C. Little Dipper-Rosie's Surprise
C. Little Dipper-Rosie's Surprise
(C. Little Dipper 'Sato' [4N] × C. Rosie's Surprise 'Crestwood' )
Flowers are round and pink, often with flared red petals and lip and splashes of white in the bloom. Fragrant.
Grown from seed, so flower characteristics vary somewhat from plant to plant. Blooms from three individuals are pictured as examples of the variation from this crop.
Plants Available: Growing in 4” pots, blooming-size. An example of the size available is pictured. Orders will be filled with plants in sheath/bud/bloom as blooming season and blooming stock permit.
Orchid Care: Grow in bright indirect light with strong air circulation and moderate to high humidity. Allow plants to dry out between waterings. Fertilize weakly, weekly.
This variety may be grown potted or mounted. Its growth habit is somewhat rambling, making it a good candidate for growing on a wood or cork mount or in a basket.
