Green Bird typically blooms twice a year in clusters of 2-3 flowers. Very fragrant at night.

Plants reach blooming size in 2” pots and are great for mounting at any size. Try Green Bird if you’re new to mounting and looking to experiment. Also a good choice for beginners interested in branching out.

Grown from seed.

Plants Available: Growing in 4” pots. Small, Standard, and Large plants are available. Plants are graded according to the number of growths and stature of plant. 4” Pot - Lg. plants are the fullest, often overflowing the pot and growing in multiple directions. For all sizes, orders will be filled with plants in spike/bud/bloom as blooming season and blooming stock permit. Otherwise, orders for 4” Pot - Sm. plants will be filled with blooming-size or previously bloomed plants; and orders for 4” Pot - Standard and 4” Pot - Lg. will be filled with mature plants which have bloomed previously.

Orchid Care: Grow in high light with good air circulation and high humidity. Plants can be acclimated to very bright light, but it’s best to avoid direct sun during the hottest hours (typically, 11am - 3pm). Water frequently in spring and summer, during active growth—especially if plants are mounted. Reduce water during the cooler months.
